Sister apartment block to Skyline 2 but with a different freeholder. Replacement of existing flammable cladding system 10000m2 in a tenanted building.
Scope of Works
- Remove existing cladding system.
- Make good substrate wall.
- Install membranes to existing windows.
- Install new compliant fire safe cladding system.
- Install replacement windows in lieu of failed Profilit glazing.
Access was via scaffolding, mast climbers, cradles and IRATA technicians.
