Our specialist team were tasked with the replacement of a level 10 Structurally bonded double glazed unit to a Schuco Unitised Façade. The glass was damaged internally by trade contractors and needed to be replaced. The façade was originally installed in 2010 by Pops Facades on behalf of our client GIG Gmbh.
Scope of works:
- Call out to make safe the shattered glass unit.
- Provide Rope access curtain wall installers/Glazers
- Application of a rapid set structural silicone system mixed on site
- Provision of lifting team in line with BS7121 & LOLER
- Plan, Manage & Carry out works on behalf of our Client
- Clean and tidy works following completion with Client sign off
- Report provided
