Pops Facades were tasked with the installation of 17,000 m2 of Schuco Curtain walling to Luxury Liverpool waterfront apartments.
Scope of works
- Survey and set out of complete project
- Installation of Starter track
- Installation of ground floor Stick System
- Installation of aluminium soffit system
- Installation of powered access doors
- Installation of façade fire stopping details
- Installation of lift house cladding
Installation methods included a mixture of Spider Crane & Launch tables from inside the building & Tower crane for shear wall areas. Floor slabs were loaded out using goods hoists.
