We were requested in investigate and repair leaks on a Class 2 glazed Kawneer mullion drained sloping roof. The O&M`s excluded information with respect to the roof and therefore investigations were undertaken that highlighted issues with the original installation. The original installer had gone in-to liquidation, therefore Pops Facades were requested undertake remedial works.
Scope:
- Priority schedule of leaks advised by facilities / academy
- RAMS prepared and agreed with Clients H&S representative
- Systematic approach taken to fix leaks, glass removal was required for certain leaks.
- Clean and tidy works following completion with Client sign off
