We have successfully undertaken what has been reported as the most complex stick replacement systems in the world for Leicester University.
It is important that the works are undertaken to a high standard of workmanship as stick systems generally require full fabrication on site to erect and seal a screen/wall.
With a stick system the curtain wall frame is constructed with mullions and transoms that support the glass, spandrel panels, metal panels and brise-soleil’s. Each mullion is usually supported from the floor.

- Specialist curtain wall design
- Pre-contract support to assist in value engineering and de-risk the project installation.
- Appointed persons to prepare lift plans, risk assessments and method statements,
- Full site set up, including site accommodation, welfare, preliminaries.
- We have inhouse core competencies of Project managers (SMSTS), site supervisors (SSSTS), crane operators, crane supervisors, slinger/ banksmen, ipaf, first aid, marshals etc
- We have a labour team of +100 qualified fixers.
- Access Plant including scaffolding mast climbers and all types of craneage e.g. spider, mobile and tower craneage as well as MEWPS etc
- Site reporting through standardised electronic reports for sign off and contemporaneous purposes
With all our main projects a Company Director is assigned responsibility to ensure the success of the Project.
