We understand that response time can be important in fixing a leak or making safe a shattered piece of glass or a loose cladding panel etc to make the environment safe and/or protect your building, therefore we offer a full out of hours service to meet your requirements.
We have IRATA certified Abseilers available when rope access is required that have cladding, curtain walling expertise.

Our service can include
- We will undertake an initial inspection and provide a report to confirm our findings and recommendations and agree the most appropriate remedial works
- Appointed persons to prepare lift plans, risk assessments and method statements,
- Full site set up, including site accommodation, welfare, preliminaries.
- We have inhouse core competencies of Project managers (SMSTS), site supervisors (SSSTS), crane operators, crane supervisors, slinger/ banksmen, ipaf, first aid, marshals etc
- We have a labour team of +100 qualified fixers.
- Access Plant including scaffolding, overhead coverings and all types of craneage e.g. spider, mobile and tower craneage as well as MEWPS etc
- Site reporting through standardised electronic reports for sign off and contemporaneous purposes
With all our main projects a Company Director is assigned responsibility to ensure the success of the Project.
