Pops have a wealth of experience installation of cladding systems including rainscreen, stone composite, aluminium etc
We are happy to work closely with the Customers cladding consultants or we have our own specialist design team. We will provide a solution to meet the Client requirements whether a new build construction or replacement of an existing cladding installation.
It is important that non-combustible materials are used in the installation and we carry ensure that the design and materials are compliant with Building Regulations.
When undertaking a cladding refurbishment or replacement we understand the importance of working within a tenanted building especially commercial / residential and would assist in ensuring the remedial works are undertaken with as little disruption to the occupants.

With Cladding installation it is important that the expertise is in house, we have a core team that specialise in Cladding installation and our service includes the following:
- Cladding inspection, we partner with Fire Engineers that will provide a EWS1 and/ or full report in accordance with current legislation and Building Regulations.
- Pretender report to define a scope of works and budget costs for remedial works.
- Pre-contract support to assist in value engineering and de-risk the project installation.
- Appointed persons to prepare lift plans, risk assessments and method statements,
- Full site set up, including site accommodation, welfare, preliminaries.
- We have inhouse core competencies of Project managers (SMSTS), site supervisors(SSSTS), crane operators, crane supervisors, slinger/ banksmen, ipaf, first aid, marshals etc
- We have a labour team of +100 qualified fixers.
- Access Plant including scaffolding mast climbers and all types of craneage e.g. spider, mobile and tower craneage as well as MEWPS etc
- Site reporting through standardised electronic reports for sign off and contemporaneous purposes
With all our main projects a Company Director is assigned responsibility to ensure the success of the Project.
