We offer a tailored solution to meet your requirements, whether this is a single glass replacement or leak that needs attention, through to a full envelope design for a curtain wall and / or cladding installation.
We are happy to work as Main Contractor, providing a full site set up, design service, council permits, site management, including preparation of Method statements, lift plans, safe systems of work and risk assessments.
From our team of curtain wall fitters we are able to ensure we provide the right experience for the project requirements i.e, whether this is cladding refurbishment, stickwork, unitised, glass replacements, single ply roofing, cladding investigation or repair and maintenance.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Pops has been accredited CHAS Premium Plus Contractor that has demonstrated sound management of current health and Safety legislation and best practice.
We believe Health and Safety should be part of the culture of the Company:
- All operatives are allowed to develop their core competency with relevant training to develop their knowledge and practical experience under guided supervision to gain experience to become competent in their chosen expertise.
- Our Health and Safety record is impeccable and CHAS Premium Plus accreditation has allowed us work with a wide range of Mian Contractors and
- Facilities Managers in numerous sectors that require a higher level of company accreditation.
- We prepare task specific and detailed safe systems of works to include, method statements, risk assessments, lift plans, etc
- Promote awareness of health and safety through tool box talks, daily pre use inspections, (cradle, harness, scaffold, mast climber, LOLER, PUWER), and general cleanliness.
