Pops Facades were tasked with the installation of 18,500 m2 of Schuco Curtain walling to ITV Studios
Scope of works
- Survey and set out of complete project
- Installation of Starter track
- Installation of Type A, B, C, D & K facades including interfaces
- Installation of ground floor structural steel
- Installation of ground floor Stick System
- Installation of aluminium soffit system
- Installation of powered access doors
- Installation of façade fire stopping details
Installation methods included a mixture of Spider Crane & Launch tables from inside the building & Tower crane for shear wall areas. Floor slabs were loaded out using cantilever decks and goods hoists.
